The external vulnerability rescan is for organisations that failed their initial Cyber Essentials certification external vulnerability scan.
A single rescan covers 16 IP addresses
The CREST-accredited Cyber Essentials scheme is now closed to new entrants with effect from 1 April 2020. IT Governance is unable to accept new customers under the replacement scheme until contractual issues have been addressed. As soon as they have, we can process new Cyber Essentials certification applications.
This product enables Cyber Essentials certification applicants to repeat their external vulnerability scans if their last round of scans were failed.
Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification require you to conduct an external vulnerability scan of your organisation’s Internet-facing applications and networks.
With IT Governance’s CyberComply portal, you can schedule these external vulnerability scans online and automatically submit the results to IT Governance.
If you failed one or more of your initial scans, you need to purchase this vulnerability rescan bundle.
With this product, you can repeat your vulnerability scans on up to 16 IP addresses.
In order to pass, all scans must be repeated, regardless of the number of targets (IP addresses) that failed.
For companies with more than 100 IP addresses, please contact us for a custom quote at servicecentre@itgovernance.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)845 070 1750.
