With the ITIL® Continual Service Improvement (CSI) online course, learn how to implement ITIL CSI best practices and how ITIL CSI processes interact with other ITIL Service Lifecycle processes. Prerequisites: Those wishing to study the CSI course should already hold the ITIL Foundation certificate. A copy of the certificate will be requested upon purchase of this training course.

The 90-minute CSI exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 70%. The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (PEOPLECERT). Students must hold the ITIL Foundation certificate and have completed the CSI course before requesting their exam voucher.
